Here at Flat Beds, we only hire agents with significant travel industry experience. The reason for this? We know that it's vital to know more than our customers, in order to be able to deliver the right advice every time. Each agent undergoes extensive training in complex airfares and airline products so they're across the latest aircraft and seat types along with key frequent flyer programs. From here, they are placed in smaller, dedicated teams to ensure we have experts specialising in each field. Unique to Flat Beds is our in-house admin team, handling involuntary flight schedule changes for our customers as well as providing finance and admin support for the team. By having a team to work alongside and support the primary airfare booking consultant, this enables us to maintain fast service turnarounds for all from start to finish whilst our customers have the peace of mind that their booking is looked after with the utmost care.
