Our Guide to Singapore Airlines’ Changi Airport Lounges
We took a look around the Singapore Airlines lounges in Changi Airport’s Terminal 3 including the Business Class lounge, the First Class lounge, and the pinnacle of lounge luxury, The Private Room, tucked away inside the First Class Lounge. Here’s our guide to what you can expect to find inside and who can access them.

Here’s our guide to what you can expect to find inside and who can access them.

The Terminal 3 lounges are upstairs at the end of a mezzanine level, access them via the escalator near the Cosmetics & Perfume and Taste of Singapore outlets.

At the end of the mezzanine, you’ll arrive at a luxurious oasis of dark timber and marble, the entrance to the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounges.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Business Class Lounge

After being warmly greeeted by the staff at the entrance desks turn left and enter the SilverKris Business Class lounge.

The business class lounge is large and features multiple lounge areas, large screen TV’s showing various sports and news channels, a buffet food area with dining and bench seating plus a self serve bar.

Large screen TV’s positioned around the lounge show live sporting and news.

The buffet features a mix of hot and cold foods including curries and pre-made sandwiches plus a nifty Chang beer machine that will automatically pour your beer for you.

Buffet meals, drinks fridge and a fully stocked bar are available for lounge guests.

A Chang beer machine professionally pours your beer for you at the touch of a button.

The business class lounges include a clever dry cleaning machine that will freshen up your clothes while in transit.

LG Styler will press and freshen your clothes while you wait.

At the front of the lounge is a work area with work stations and meeting rooms as well as Airline staff on hand to make any ticketing changes needed.

The Business center includes private work areas and meeting rooms.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris First Class Lounge

Back out to the central welcome area, and turn right to enter the SilverKris First Class lounge. Despite the decor bing the same dark wood and marble you immediately notice a step up in luxury as you approach the First class lounge.

As you approach the First Class Lounge, you appreciate the increase in luxury.

As you first enter the lounge, you see the work stations featuring large mahogany desks and upholstered leather chairs, along with a large bookshelf containing various newspapers and magazines.

Beyond the work area of the lounge, there are lounge areas with various seating options an a staffed bar.

Beyond the bar are the dining areas, the First Class lounge includes a buffet food area for those looking for a quick eat as well as an a la carte dining room, complete with in house Chefs, for those with more time to spend.

Singapore Airlines The Private Room

Tucked away inside the Singapore Airlines First Class lounge is The Private Room, the most luxurious Singapore Airlines Lounge, exclusively for the use of Singapore Airlines First Class or Suites passengers.

The entrance to the lounge is staffed and contains an air of mystery as to what exists beyond the door. As you enter The Private Room there is a sense of calm. Sun shines through the large windows on to the large leather arm chairs and the seating is extremely spaced out and arranged to provide guests with the most privacy.

Past the private armchairs is a seating area with comfortable chairs arranged in groups for those travelling together.

The dining room in The Private Room is that of a fine dining restaurant, with white table cloths and upholstered banquet seating. An option for a quick meal is available via the buffet. A la carte table service dining is available for passengers with a longer transit who are after a proper meal.
